Adam style four poster bed C1770. This bed has carved gilt cresting, the bed head and end having equally fine rococo style shell Gilt four poster bed after the style of Robert Adam C1770. This hand-painted and gilt bed has carved gilt cresting, the bed head and end having equally fine rococo style shell carving. The posts of the bed are classic columns in cream and gold. The top frieze and valance have been hand-carved to emulate the material as they did in the 17th century. The fabric is hand-dyed silk. Different colours can be chosen. This bed must be seen to be appreciated to the full. Bed cover optional.
